RETREAT - APRIL 2012:

EXPLORING OURSELVES - THE ESSENCE OF YOGA PSYCHOLOGY

A five-day experiential yoga workshop with Saraswathi Vasudevan

5 day/5 night Residential Retreat

Tue 10 - Sun 15 April 2012 Sine Cera Rainforest Retreat, Cougal,
via Kyogle, Northern NSW

Delving into the science of our creation and existence based on Sankhya-Yoga & the Upanisads, this workshop presented by master teacher Saraswathi Vasudevan, will offer a refreshing perspective on some of the pressing issues of everyday living, offering choices we believed we never had!

One of the greatest obstacles to self-discovery and spiritual transformation is the illusion of knowledge that clouds wisdom.

established constructs of the mind,

being,

regenerating itself,

reality as it is,

and precision,

joy and peace.
When we are ready to let go of the

we discover a new way of

that is constantly

that sees and understands

that acts with spontaneity

that experiences sustained

Through these five days, we will explore, through practices, processes and discussions, how to:

  • develop a better relationship with our body

  • engage with the life-giving and transformative power of the prana

  • penetrate the layers of mental and emotional conditioning

  • discover the hidden strength of the mind that is located in truth

  • experience and abide in inner peace and joy.

Open to anybody interested in and willing to re-discover yourself. For a registration form, click here.

Venue

Sine Cera Rainforest Retreat is located in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales at 6 Main Creek Road, Cougal NSW 2474 (Ph (02) 6636 6176). It is managed by Irma and Tony McDonald and owned by a not-for-profit organization (Morningside CARE).

The property adjoins the World Heritage Border Ranges National Park which has pristine forests, waterfall gorges, crystal creeks and one of the richest collections of plants and animals in Australia. Gradys Creek borders one side of the property and is fed by perennial springs. There is a waterhole for wading or swimming, plenty of space to explore and rock hop along the creek, as well as lots of bush walks where you are likely to see wallabies, pademelons, rosellas, bell birds and various orchids. Sine Cera translates from the Latin to mean openness.
